OCEAN CITY GATEWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Ocean City wanted to enhance it’s downtown “gateway” with improved sidewalks, parking curb cuts, crosswalks and signage. The plan included the construction of a new, mixed-use business complex to energize the area and add amenities designed to attract visitors.
